Healing doesn’t always look like candles and therapy. Sometimes, it’s just sleeping through the night without your chest tightening.
Moses B.
I wasn’t posting achievements.
I wasn’t “outside.”
I wasn’t announcing anything.
To most people, it probably looked like I had gone quiet. And truthfully, I had. But not because I gave up — because I was rebuilding.
🫀 The Version of Me That Needed Rest
I used to feel bad for not being “consistent.”
For not grinding every day.
For not growing online.
But healing taught me that growth isn't always visible.
Sometimes:
It's deleting numbers without explaining
It's cooking for yourself for the first time in weeks
It’s sitting with your sadness and not judging it
It’s smiling, even if your eyes are still tired
I wasn’t lazy. I was surviving in silence.
And slowly, I became strong again.
✨ What I Know Now
You can be still and still be winning.
You can go quiet and still be valuable.
You can take your time and still get there.
I’m not “behind.” I’m becoming — on my own clock.
